Initial Consultation
Our work solutions team will meet with you for an initial consultation. During this time, we will gain an understanding of the unique situations and challenges your company might face.
We will discuss your history of workplace injury and return to work scenarios, as well as the impact those setbacks have on your business operation.
Workplace Observation
Once we get a grasp on the challenges and opportunities associated with your business, we will turn our attention to the specific roles and responsibilities your employees are asked to perform on a frequent basis. It is important that we witness these roles in their normal environment to get the most complete picture of what is physically required.
Additionally, we will assess the workplace for any opportunities or modifications that could help lessen the risk of injury or decrease the physical demands on employees.
Custom Plan Development
Since no two businesses are alike, it is important that we develop a plan specific to the needs and demands of your business.
This plan will outline the job function descriptions for all the roles within your company and define the appropriate testing to determine an employee’s ability to meet the demands of the role. It will also describe in detail the specific process in which Body One Work Solutions will conduct post-offer testing, handle any return-to-work scenarios, and execute any education or training programs necessary.
Physical Therapy/Work Conditioning
If a workplace injury does occur, Body One Work Solutions and our parent company Body One Physical Therapy will provide the appropriate rehabilitation and work conditioning that can return your employee to the workplace in the safest, most efficient way possible.
