Job Function Matching

The Job Function Matching process can be used pre-employment, post-offer, or during transitions to ensure an employee’s physical abilities match the demands of the job.  This process is also used to assess an employee’s readiness to return to work after restricted duty or place them in a productive job while on restricted duty.

Functional Capacity Evaluation
